 These standard rates apply to major cities including (JHB,CPT,DUR,PLZ,ELS,BFN,KIM,GRJ,PRY) Any other location might be deemed high risk or are considered as outlying areas which might result in a surcharge, which we will contact you before delivery. You are more than welcome to contact us to find out if your area is high-risk/ or not.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Packages are normally sent within 2 business days of receipt of order and payment. Our shipping partners then take between 2-4 business days to deliver packages depending on your location.

Will my packages break during transit?

Live Mart will make sure that every package is packed nice and secure, and any fragile items will have extra padding and a label marked on the box. Our professional delivery partners with make sure the package arrive at your door step safe and sound.

Is buying online at livemart.co.za safe?

Live Mart uses the latest industry standard encryption to ensure the entire website is secure along with the entire payment process. This ensures all our clients have a safe and secure online shopping experience.

Orders & Returns

What payment methods are accepted by Live Mart?

Live Mart accepts major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. In addition we also accept Instant EFT.

How can i cancel or change my order?

Once orders are placed and paid for, changes to the orders will need to be done via our support team at info@livemart.co.za , cancellation of orders will be processed by the same team.

Once you cancel your order, Live Mart will be able to refund you via Live Mart credits or cash directly into your bank account. Refunds via Live Mart credits will be for the full purchase amount and take up to 7 to 10 business days to process. A cash refund via EFT will incur a 5% admin charge and be processed within 5 business days.

Please note all refunds exclude the refund of shipping charges. Live Mart reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from refunds on cancellation of orders that qualified for discounted or free shipping if the cancellation or return is not due to Live Mart product faults.

Do i need an account to place an order?

No accounts are needed to place an order, although we do need your details when you checkout and confirm your order. You are able to create a free account so that all your details are populated once you login to ensure a smoother shopping experience.

How do i track my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then follow the status of your order by logging in to your Live Mart account or checking your emails for status updates. Order status updates will show as complete with shipment tracking number once the order has been shipped.

How can i return a product?

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 10 days of placing the order. The client will be responsible for returning the goods to Live Mart. Please contact info@livemart.co.za for returns.

Live Mart does not accept opened/used products with no defect for return or replacements.
